What's Happening This Week at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church

This Sunday, July 23rd, the Seventh Sunday after Pentecost, at 9:30 a.m., Pastor John Mitchell, will bring the message entitled, “An Open-Book Test” based on “Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43.” Kathy Bennett will be our worship leader and Joan Thomas the song leader. Our facility is handicapped accessible. Following the service join us for refreshments.

Mondays Cub Scout Pack 138 meets at 7 p.m. For info contact Cubmaster David Laird at (856) 765 – 1329. Meetings are suspended until September.

The Bible study time is on Wednesdays, in room (#3/4) on the lower level at 11 a.m., with the study of 1 Timothy.

The Stitch Club will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m. in Room #3/4 on the lower level. Anyone interested is welcome.

Sunday, July 30, The Millville Women’s Club Chorus under the direction of Debbie Permito will be singing “May the Good Lord Bless and Keep You” and “The Ash Grove.”

Coming Monday evening August 7, at 7 p.m. a summer concert by the Next Chapter lead by Gene Tubertuni. Come enjoy an evening of music and fellowship. A free will offering will be received.
