A Risky Journey

MOUNT PLEASANT CHURCH IS SEARCHING FOR A PIANIST FOR SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP AND A REHEARSAL TIME DURING THE WEEK. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A VOLUNTEER “TECHY” TO WORK WITH THE MEDIA EQUIPMENT. IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED OR KNOWS ANYONE PLEASE CALL PASTOR JOHN.

This Sunday, June 30, 2019, 3rd Sunday after Pentecost at 9:30 a.m.,Pastor Mitchell will bring the message “A Risky Journey” based on Luke 9:51-62. Kellie Santoro will be our Worship Leader Joan Thomas our song Leader.

Our pianist will be Aaron Benfer. The Praise Choir will be singing “This Is My Song.” Our facility is handicapped accessible and seasonably air conditioned. Please join us for a time of fellowship and refreshment following the service

The Bible study time will continueWednesday in room (#3/4) on the lower level at 11 a.m., with the study of the Gospel of John.

Our Annual Church Conference is scheduled for Saturday morning, October 19, 2019, at 9 a.m. The location is 1st UMC in Millville along with the other 5 UMCs. The presiding elder for our conference will be Pastor Jin Oh of the Olivet UMC.

THERE IS A BOX FOR THE “HELP & HOPE” FOOD CLOSET LOCATED UNDER THE BULLETIN BOARD IN THE HOSPITALITY AREA. Canned goods and other non-perishables may be placed there.
