The Power of Thou Shalt

This Sunday, August 25, 2019, 11th Sunday after Pentecost at 9:30 a.m., Pastor Mitchell will bring the message “The Power of “Thou Shalt” based on Luke 13:10-17. Jane Chambers will be our Worship Leader and Joan Thomas our song Leader. Our pianist will be Nicholas Camerieri. Special Music will be Katie Coltri.

Our facility is handicapped accessible and seasonably air conditioned. Please join us following the service for a time of fellowship and refreshment.

Our Annual Church Conference is scheduled for Saturday morning, October 19, 2019, at 9 a.m. The location is 1st UMC in Millville along with 4 of the 5 other UMCs. The presiding elder for our conference will be Pastor Jin Oh of the Olivet UMC.

THERE IS A BOX FOR THE “HELP & HOPE” FOOD CLOSET LOCATED UNDER THE BULLETIN BOARD IN THE HOSPITALITY AREA. Canned goods and other non-perishables may be placed there

MOUNT PLEASANT CHURCH IS SEARCHING FOR A PIANIST FOR SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP AND A REHEARSAL TIME DURING THE WEEK. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR A VOLUNTEER “TECHY” TO WORK WITH THE MEDIA EQUIPMENT. IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED OR KNOWS ANYONE PLEASE CALL PASTOR JOHN, DORIS DANILOFF OR JOAN THOMAS.
